Antiphon Audio Labs provides 20-year transferable factory warrantee for our products against defective parts and workmanship (except tubes). The warrantee starts from the first day of the manufacturing month. (The manufacturing month is carved on the back of the chassis)

During the transferable 20-year factory warrantee period, the then owner of our products ships the service-requiring product to our factory under his/her own cost. Then, Antiphon Audio Labs will repair the defective parts and return to the owner free of charge.

The 90-day complete warrantee period: During this period, the factory shall not only repair any defective product but also replace defective tubes free of charge. Also, all shipping cost of the defective product or tubes shall be covered by the factory. Where the defective product or the tube is shipped by a carrier, the shipping date needs to be on or before the expiration of the 90-day warrantee period.
